Hello, welcome to my website. Here's a little bit about me and what to expect from my sessions:
I started Dr Carli Axford's Spinal Flow Technique education programme in 2023. As part of the certification process, I travelled and attended a 7-day immersive training in Mexico, where I received invaluable training from Dr Carli Axford and her team in person. I've since returned back to Mexico as part of the Event Team in 2024, and more recently Barcelona in 2026 which I love doing to deepen my practice.I'm insured with the International Institute for Complementary Therapists.
I'm passionate about supporting women's wellness as I understand the many roles women hold-and everything in between. I've witnessed time and time again how spinal flow offers women support during times when your body needs more care, more space, and more stillness. Whether that's navigating change, feeling stretched at work or being self-employed, or simply ready to feel change - I offer space for you to transform and heal.
About my sessions
Each session is calm, minimal, and unhurried.
You'll lie comfortably, fully clothes, in a quiet space designed to help you settle. I make gentle contact with points along the spine, guiding your system into a state of rest - often deeply so. Many of my clients describe it as feeling truly switched off in a long time.
After sessions, you will often feel a deeper sense of calm, more ease in your body, and enjoy improved sleep. You may notice a clearer and quiet mind and a subtle return of energy.
It's not dramatic.
It's a gentle shift back to yourself.
